Wanting to eat more Monkfish, we decided to grab some pancettta as well. Wrapped the monkfish in the pancetta and seared, coating it in the brown butter, then finished off in the oven. Damned tasty.
So the call went out for me to prepare something pasta-ey for a pre-Xmas dinner. Having received a nice Sunbeam food processor the week before, this was a good opportunity. I threw 3C flour into the bowl and added 1 egg. Pulsed it for a while, then chucked it on high and put in 2 more eggs... and a Tablespoon of roast pumpkin from the filling, on a whim.
