So the call went out for me to prepare something pasta-ey for a pre-Xmas dinner.

Having received a nice Sunbeam food processor the week before, this was a good opportunity.

I threw 3C flour into the bowl and added 1 egg. Pulsed it for a while, then chucked it on high and put in 2 more eggs... and a Tablespoon of roast pumpkin from the filling, on a whim.

The dough quickly formed into a ball, which I kneaded and put away in the fridge in some plastic wrap.
