Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 2C Flour
- 1t baking powder
- 2T sugar
Preparation:Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl to make a batter.
- Pour into a heated, greased skillet/pan until bottom is coated.
- When bubbles appear on surface, turn pancake over.
- Cook until bottom is done.
- Server with sugar and lemon.
