    Red face Panna Cotta with Raspberry Coulis

    Description: Panna Cotta, or "Cooked Cream" in Italian, is another impressive, yet easy dessert.
    Serving Size: 4
    Time: 1 hour
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 2C Cream (or half cream, half milk)
    2. 1/4C Sugar
    3. 2T gelatin
    4. 6T cold water
    5. 2t Vanilla Essence (or preferably 1 vanilla bean)
    Preparation:
    1. Gather Ingredients.
    Instructions:
    1. Heat cream/cream+milk and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.
    2. Stir in vanilla essence. If using vanilla bean, scrape the seeds in, throw in the pod, cover, and wait 30 minutes. Reheat.
    3. Dissolve gelatin in cold water while cream is sitting.
    4. Add very warm cream to gelatin and stir well.
    5. Pour into greased ramekins and place in a fridge for 4 hours.
    6. Heat raspberries and sugar in a saucepan, then pass through a fine sieve.
