Ingredients: - 2C Cream (or half cream, half milk)
- 1/4C Sugar
- 2T gelatin
- 6T cold water
- 2t Vanilla Essence (or preferably 1 vanilla bean)
Preparation: - Gather Ingredients.
Instructions: - Heat cream/cream+milk and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.
- Stir in vanilla essence. If using vanilla bean, scrape the seeds in, throw in the pod, cover, and wait 30 minutes. Reheat.
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water while cream is sitting.
- Add very warm cream to gelatin and stir well.
- Pour into greased ramekins and place in a fridge for 4 hours.
- Heat raspberries and sugar in a saucepan, then pass through a fine sieve.
