Ingredients:
- 4 firm ripe bananas, unpeeled
- ½ cup chopped dark chocolate
- ¼ walnuts, chopped
- Ice cream
Preparation:Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200 C (400F).
- Place the bananas on a tray and bake for 25 minutes until the skin is black and the banana soft. Carefully cut a lengthways slit in the banana skin and slip in some chopped chocolate and walnuts.
- Serve immediately with icecream.
