Ingredients:
  1. 4 firm ripe bananas, unpeeled
  2. ½ cup chopped dark chocolate
  3. ¼ walnuts, chopped
  4. Ice cream
Preparation:
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C (400F).
  2. Place the bananas on a tray and bake for 25 minutes until the skin is black and the banana soft. Carefully cut a lengthways slit in the banana skin and slip in some chopped chocolate and walnuts.
  3. Serve immediately with icecream.
