Ingredients: - 2 bananas
- 4 scoops icecream
- Chocolate sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Preparation: - Prepare chocolate sauce -
- In a pot, melt 1T butter, 1T cocoa, 1T sugar and a drop of vanilla essence.
- Bring to the boil.
Instructions: - Peel bananas and slice lengthways, place in oval plates and top with scoops of icecream.
- Pour over chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
