Ingredients:
  1. 60g butter
  2. 1 tablespoon cornflour
  3. ½ cup cream
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. ½ cup cold water
  6. 2 tablespoons cointreau
Preparation:
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir over heat to dissolve sugar.
  2. Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer, cook for 3 minutes stirring continuously.
