Ingredients:
- 60g butter
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- ½ cup cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons cointreau
Preparation:Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir over heat to dissolve sugar.
- Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer, cook for 3 minutes stirring continuously.
