Ingredients:
- Enough dry pasta for 2 people
- 50g romano/parmesan chese
- 50g butter
Preparation:
- Grate parmesan cheese.
Instructions:
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Drain pasta, reserving ~1/2C water.
- In a large, warmed bowl, tip in the pasta, followed by the cheese and butter.
- Stir until combined.
- If the sauce is too thick, add some of the cooking water.
